\nOur 100% organic lemons are juicy, with a flavour that is perfectly balanced in its acidity, and are a cure-all for health thanks to their beneficial properties. The skin is thin but intensely aromatic, and because our cultivation is entirely organic, it is safe to use in cooking \u2014 ideal for herbal infusions, desserts, and main courses alike. In October, look out for the ‘verdello’ variety. Yellow lemon production begins in mid-December.
