Our 100% organic lemons are juicy, with a flavour that is perfectly balanced in its acidity, and are a cure-all for health thanks to their beneficial properties. The skin is thin but intensely aromatic, and because our cultivation is entirely organic, it is safe to use in cooking — ideal for herbal infusions, desserts, and main courses alike. In October, look out for the ‘verdello’ variety. Yellow lemon production begins in mid-December.

The verdello is a particularly prized lemon variety, valued for its early ripening. While the classic yellow lemon is still maturing, the verdello arrives and fills the gap perfectly. Juicy, rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, and — thanks to our organic cultivation — with a peel that can be used in cooking as well.
