Shipping and FAQ

Shipping

Ours is a farm-to-consumer service: the supply chain is short and the product stays fresh. We ship with GLS and delivery takes 2–4 working days anywhere in Italy, at the courier’s discretion.

For now we ship within Italy only. Shipping to the other countries of the European Union will reopen soon.

We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays, so the goods don’t sit in the couriers’ warehouses. Orders received from Tuesday afternoon to Sunday leave the following Monday, with a fresh harvest.

The price of our citrus boxes includes VAT and shipping in Italy. Olive oil, preserves and Sicilian specialties have a separate shipping cost, which grows with the order amount.

Frequently asked questions

When do you ship?

Every Monday and Tuesday.

Which courier do you use?

GLS.

How long does delivery take?

2–4 working days, at the courier’s discretion.

How is the citrus packed?

In wooden crates. The gaps are lined with fruit paper, a lid closes the crate and two straps seal it: the fruit arrives intact.

Is the citrus organic?

Yes. The farm has been certified organic by ICEA since 2007.

How should I store it?

Take the fruit out of the crate and keep it on a flat surface, in a dry place away from heat sources.

Is shipping included?

Yes, for all citrus shipped in Italy. Olive oil, preserves and Sicilian specialties ship at a separate cost; in Italy, with a box of citrus and the code AGRUMI12, we ship up to 12 jars of jams and preserves for free.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

For orders of more than 15 boxes, the discount goes up to 30%. Write to info@arancechimerabio.com or use the form on the Contacts page.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, on request. We issue it after payment and send it electronically or put it in the parcel.
