Products and prices
Prices in euros, VAT included. For citrus, shipping in Italy is included. Price per kg or per liter, and the lowest price of the previous 30 days in case of a discount.
Citrus, fruit and fresh produce
For citrus, fruit and other fresh produce the right of withdrawal is excluded under article 59(1)(d) of the Italian Consumer Code, as they are goods liable to deteriorate rapidly. Consumers’ rights for damaged or non-conforming products are not affected: report them to us as soon as you receive the order (see Withdrawal, returns and refunds).
Adopting a tree
Adopting an Arance Chimera Bio tree is a symbolic gesture of good wishes, a special way to feel part of our land and its generosity.
The adoption includes two shipments of 24 kg of organic oranges each, 48 kg in all, made during the harvest season, depending on the availability of the fruit.
You will also receive your adoption certificate by email, at no extra cost.

Marmalades, jams, preserves and processed products
1. Subject of the sale
These terms and conditions govern the online sale of the processed products sold by Arance Chimera Bio through its website, including marmalades, jams, fruit compotes, vegetable preserves, products in oil and other packaged foods.
The features, composition, size and price of each product are described on its page on the website.
2. Product features
Products are made and packaged according to the features and production methods stated for each item.
Natural variations in colour, texture, aroma and appearance may depend on the agricultural raw materials and on normal processing, provided they do not affect the safety, the stated quality or the conformity of the product.
The pictures on the website are for illustration. The presentation may differ slightly from the product received, while the essential features described on the product page are always respected.
3. Ingredients and food information
Information on ingredients, allergens, net quantity, storage, date of minimum durability and the other mandatory particulars is given on the label and made available as required by the applicable rules.
Before completing the purchase, customers are invited to read the information on the product page, paying particular attention to ingredients and any allergens.
The information published does not replace the particulars on the label of the product delivered.
4. Availability
Availability may vary with stock, the seasonality of raw materials and production times.
If an ordered product is not available, the seller will inform the customer and, where possible, agree on a replacement or refund the amount for the unavailable product.
No replacement will be made without the customer’s consent.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and shown on the website. Before the order is confirmed, the price of the selected products, the shipping costs and any additional costs are displayed.
Payment is made with the methods available on the website at the time of purchase.
6. Shipping and delivery
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier in the ways and times stated on the website.
The seller uses suitable packaging to protect the products during transport, with particular care for glass containers and to prevent breakage or leaks.
On delivery, customers are invited to check the condition of the packaging and of the products received.
In case of breakage, loss of contents, damaged packaging or other anomalies, customers are invited to contact the seller promptly, giving the order number and, if possible, attaching photos of the packaging and the product.
Failing to report immediately does not cause the loss of the rights granted to consumers by law.
7. Right of withdrawal
For online purchases made by consumers, the right of withdrawal is governed by articles 52 and following of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
Except as provided by law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the products, without giving any reason.
For sealed food products, the right of withdrawal may be excluded in the cases provided for by article 59 of the Consumer Code, in particular for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery and the conditions set by the law are met.
For packaged food products that do not fall under the exceptions provided by law, the right of withdrawal remains applicable under the conditions and within the terms set by the laws in force.
In any case, consumers’ rights for defective, damaged products or products not as ordered are not affected, and the remedies provided by law apply.
Any request for withdrawal must be sent to the seller using the contact details on the website, within the terms set by the applicable law.
8. Damaged or non-conforming products
If customers receive products that are broken, leaking, altered, not as ordered or with other significant anomalies, they are invited to contact the seller promptly, giving the order number and describing the problem.
The seller will examine the report and apply the remedies provided by the rules in force, according to the nature of the non-conformity and the circumstances of the case.
Photos can help handle the report, but they are not an absolute condition for exercising the rights granted by law.
9. Storage and use
Customers must follow the storage and use instructions on the label of each product.
Once opened, the product must be stored as indicated by the producer, for example in the fridge when required, and consumed within any period stated.
The seller is not liable for deterioration due to improper storage or use after delivery, without prejudice to consumers’ rights for defects or non-conformities already present on delivery.
In case of swollen packs, leaks, broken seals or other anomalies that cast doubt on the integrity of the product, customers are invited not to eat it and to contact the seller.
10. Food safety and traceability
Products are sold in compliance with the applicable rules on food safety, hygiene, traceability and labelling.
The production batch and durability information is given on the pack as required by the rules in force.
11. Customer service and complaints
For assistance, information or complaints, customers can contact the seller using the contact details published on the website.
The seller undertakes to examine reports carefully and to reply within a reasonable time.
12. Applicable law and consumer protection
The contract is governed by Italian law and by the applicable rules of the European Union.
All mandatory rights granted to consumers by the rules in force are not affected.
