The product consists of anchovies caught in the Mediterranean Sea. They are processed using traditional techniques and are mixed with oil to get a special anchovy mousse. It appears glutinous and no lumpy, so it is perfect to use in different types of dishes, or directly onto a slice bread or crouton.
