The right of withdrawal is excluded under article 59(1)(d) of the Italian Consumer Code, as they are goods liable to deteriorate rapidly.

The right of withdrawal follows point 7 of the Terms and conditions of sale.
Adopting a tree
The adoption is a shipment of fresh oranges: the citrus rules apply, so the right of withdrawal is excluded. See the Terms and conditions of sale.

Changes, cancellations and refunds for the tour follow the Terms and conditions of the citrus grove tour.
Damaged or non-conforming products
On delivery, check the packaging and the products. In case of breakage, leaks, damaged packaging or a product not as ordered, write to us as soon as possible at info@arancechimerabio.com, with the order number and, if you can, photos of the packaging and the product. Reporting later does not cause the loss of the rights granted to consumers by law.
Refunds
When a refund is due, we make it with the same payment method used for the order.
